Buyer Beware.......When a couple of the ink cartridges would not work, I went through all the troubleshooting steps. I sent back using the RMA provided asking for a replacement of about $25 worth of ink.

ClickInks claimed they near received and adamantly refused to replace. I did not have any documentation from the post office as I just dropped off the postage paid envelope/box. Fortunately, my credit card company reimbursed me as a courtesy. So Buyer Beware, you must document everything carefully and ask for some sort of postage return documentation if you have to send anything back.

I would have continued to be a very good customer if they would have helped me with the couple cartridges I had to send back. Many other options now available.
