Not resolved

My order number 11347860 ordered on 3/21/17 has never been received by me. My order for 38.12 was sent to another customer.

Her order PL C1100239794 was sent to me. I them had to go to the post office and send them back to you which I did. I have sent two complaint letters asking where my cartridges are. I am out of ink.

This has been very upsetting. Do I go to my credit card company and lodge a complaint to get a refund or are you sending my cartridges asap. I have asked this twice....Tracking number 93748699035028950739547.
