We bought 2 cartridges that were clearly marked as compatible with our HP printer on their website. Upon receiving the cartridges they were clearly marked that they would NOT work with our printer. We contacted the "customer service" line; which is a joke, and were told that they would work and if they didn't they'd refund us immediately. That was 2 months ago. They promise us refunds that never come. Beware...

It has been over 3 months since I returned the items for a refund. Contacted customer service 4 times to get my refund for the returned items. Three weeks ago, customer service again processed my clam and told me the refund would be placed in my PayPal account within 3 to 5 working days. That was 3 weeks ago. As of today I have still not received the refund. Reference (465674)

Defective ink cartridges

I ordered 9 ink cartridges for my workforce pro WF-3824. They said it was compatible with the printer and it is not! On my packing slip it say epson ink but as you can see it was not. I want to return them and get a refund. I cannot get ahold of clickinks and cannot email them. I am not happy with the business.

On May 11th I ordered ink for my printer, info said shipping in 4-6 days. I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE DAMNED INK and; as of my last bank statement, no refund. I have texted them several times and get only their sales mumbo-jumbo in return. At this point, they couldn't get my business again no matter what they did!!!
