Clickinks - Very Poor Ink Quality, Very Poor Customer Service, Liars Over 230 Better Business Bureau complaints
" Buyer Beware... Very Poor Customer service & Very poor ink quality.
I felt like I was speaking to recently released from prison right to work program candidates serving as the customer service reps for this company. We used the website drop down box to select ink for our printer, received the wrong ink and it was so runny when we opened it we had to use alcohol to clean it off the floor, would not wash off our hands and ruined a pair of jeans. The rep blamed us and would not accept a return even though they were multipacks that we ordered both of color and black ink and we only opened one of each. We spoke to two different reps on two different days and emailed the company.
We never received an email back from the company, we asked for a supervisor and the one rep claimed to be the supervisor and then when the discussion got heated she said she would escalate the issue to her supervisor and that supervisor would call us back. This supervisor never called us and it has been over a week. The second rep blamed us too and refused a return, refund and refused to even send us a return label. We first contacted the first rep on the day we received the ink.
The second rep said she didn't know where a supervisor was and could not get one for us, she said she works in her little corner and she does her job and that's all she could tell us.. those were her words.
Stay away from this company, you will never get your money back and the quality of the ink is terrible. They have over 230 complaints filed against them with the better business bureau
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
