Ordered ink cartridges...they do NOT fit in my machine.Tried calling several times to be left on hold with no help.
Several emails, no response. Finally get someone on the phone, only for her to tell me that the cartridges I got are the right ones! Then why don't they fit in my machine?! I had to take a pic of it with my old one...she said she would determine if they were indeed different...really?
I am lying?Sent in pic...still NO response!
They won't take them back w/o an RMA, which they won't give me!
DO NOT BUY from them...
